Quality at Redoe

As a supplier to OEMs, Tier 1 and 2 molders, Redoe has a proven quality record developed
over decades of successful projects. Redoe has a commitment to quality with ISO procedures
in place for years to insure compliance to customer needs.

Redoe has two CMM machines to insure tool and gauge quality. Our machines are
certified based on ISO developed time frames.

Our new Wenzel CMM has a large work area of 64" x 160". This CMM is calibrated and
certified to 6 microns, +- 0.0002 inches.

This unit is fully automated. It has a fully programmable 32 bit operating system
 Inspection of tooling with a large number of inspection points can be certified
with this cost effective equipment.

Redoe also has a portable Alpha Rockwell hardness tester to verify mold steel quality.
Mold steel is tested prior to machining to insure compliance to customer requirements.

Redoe trained staff also has the standard hand held inspection equipment that is
certified based on ISO parameters, items like micrometers, verniers, BATY Shadow Graph, etc.
White light scan, ie. cloud scans are available utilizing local subsources.

Redoe has won many awards for quality over the years. Special awards for optical
machining has added to the reputation of Redoe as a work class supplier.
