Redoe has experience in the design and build of thermoset molds. Two areas of specialization are thermoset molds for forward lighting and thermoset molds for valve covers.

Automotive lighting is one area were Redoe excels. As part of the tooling for forward lighting Redoe has built reflector molds utilizing BMC and Ultem. Optical tolerances are a critical feature of this type of tool.

Vinyl ester injection / compression molds for very high production have been manufacturing by Redoe.
