Redoe is known in the automotive industry as having the premier hot plate welding system for Rear Lamps. Many vehicle on the road utilized a Redoe hot plate tooling systems.

Redoe has a number of standardized machines available. Specialized units are also available filling the unique need of our customers.

The critical tooling uses the " to data " technique of design and control. Tooling systems for a number of material have been developed. One and two heater systems are available. Process adjustments are incorporated into the tooling eliminating the need to " fit " the tooling to a out of tolerance component.
